Jane Dean, email J.S.Dean@bham.ac.uk or extension 46934, is responsible for ensuring that the Computer Cluster is running efficiently and supports the undergraduate and postgraduate student population in an optimal fashion.

Craig Crowe, email c.crowe@bham.ac.uk, or extension 46934, assists Jane in ensuring that the cluster is running efficiently.

Martin Jones, lead AV technician, who can contacted via the LRAT Help Desk, extension 43322 - are responsible for ensuring that all AV equipment used for teaching within the School is fit for purpose. They also support the quality monitoring of lectures, concentrating particularly on the Arthur Thompson Hall.
